If you enjoy surfing, yoga, or just being surrounded by nature every day, this is the perfect place for you. Playa Guiones meets the ideal conditions to practice surfing, almost all year round. The beach has a flow of constant waves, which makes it great for those who are looking to get on the board and learn something new.

Yoga and meditation have become part of the core of Nosara. There are numerous studios to practice with beautiful views of the ocean, or surrounded by the jungle. It is worth mentioning that Guiones is an extremely long beach, with soft and clear sand, perfect for enjoying a morning walk or going for a run. The beaches are not the only attraction, the Nosara area is surrounded by mountains full of trails for hiking, climbing, or biking.

We are living in a new renaissance era, where technology, spirituality and social interaction are in rapid and constant change. Why resist this change? Instead, we chose to embrace it. Technology and communications are a huge tool in this modern era. Today, we can work wherever we want in the world with only our computers.

Become is a condominium complex with a working center, but more than that is the possibility to live a life worth living. One you can enjoy, but at the same time have all the tools and space you need to do any type of remote work.
